The swing screen is a new type of efficient screening machine designed by our company to meet the screening requirements of high efficiency, large output, high density and ultra-fine screening. This machine successfully simulates the principle of manual screening movement. Its screening accuracy, efficiency, output, screen life, etc. are 5-10 times that of conventional vibrating screens and other screening equipment, and is suitable for powders in the fine and ultra-fine ranges. and particulate materials, suitable for screening materials that are difficult to process. And according to the physical properties of the material and the different screening requirements of customers, the mutually adjustable parameters such as rotation speed, eccentricity, radial force, etc. can be adjusted to change the residence time and movement route of the material on the screen surface to achieve the best screening effect. .
The basic rotary motion is similar to manual screening. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm and the low speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm. The residence time of each product can be adjusted in the direction of the drive axis via the radial and tangential angles of the swing screen. Thus creating a horizontal and thrown three-dimensional tumbling motion. The material is evenly dispersed on the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, thereby spreading in the axial direction in a spiral motion. The fine particles thus complete the entire screening process. The horizontal and vertical acceleration increases with the movement of the particles, and the particles close to the mesh size are successfully separated; the larger particles are transported to the outlet, and the flow is controlled by an adjustable guide device at the outlet. The guide device is Another factor that controls material residence time. This process is repeated between each screen layer.
