    Working principle of counterattack crusher:

    Counterattack breaking is the use of a hammer on a high-speed rotating rotor to generate high-speed impact on the material sent into the crushing chamber, causing it to break. The already broken material is then thrown at high speed along the tangent direction towards the counterattack plate at the other end of the crushing chamber, where it is broken again, and then bounced back from the counterattack plate to the plate hammer, continuing the above process. During the round trip, there is also a collision between materials. Due to the impact of the plate hammer, the impact with the counterattack plate, and the collision between the materials, the materials continuously crack, loosen, and shatter. When the particle size of the material is smaller than the gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer, it is unloaded. Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor can achieve the goal of changing the particle size and shape of the material discharge.

    This machine adopts a self weight safety device on the rear frame. When non crushed materials enter the crushing chamber, the front and rear counterattack frames will retreat, and non crushed materials will be discharged from the machine.

    The counterattack crusher mainly consists of:

    pull rod, front counterattack frame, rear counterattack frame, counterattack lining plate, main shaft, locking block, clamping plate, rotor frame, plate hammer, counterattack plate, rotor, etc.
