The double spiral cone mixer is a new type of high-efficiency and high-precision mixing equipment, which is widely used in the mixing of various powders in the pharmaceutical, chemical, feed and other industries.It is also very suitable for working conditions where the height of the customer's site is not too restricted; the double spiral cone mixer rotates and revolves through its own internal spiral shaft, and is composed of a set of motors and cycloid reducer. The mixing range is large and the mixing speed is fast.
Working principle
The double spiral cone mixing equipment relies on the two asymmetric spirals on the internal cantilever to rotate around its own axis at the same time, driven by the cantilever, and rotates around the central axis of the cylinder to form a revolution; it can form forces in four directions: two asymmetric spirals rotate to lift the material upward, the cantilever rotates slowly, and the material moves in a circular cycle. The spiral revolution and rotation cooperate with each other to absorb the material by the spiral rotation, and at the same time disperse in the circular direction, the two material streams that are raised to the top then converge to the center, forming a downward flow direction in the center, filling the vacant belt at the bottom. Thus forming an overall circulating flow of action.

Application area
Spiral cone mixer is widely used in the mixing of powders (solid-liquid) such as chemicals, pesticides, dyes, food, feed, building materials, rare earths, etc. The machine has wide adaptability to mixed materials, will not overheat heat-sensitive materials, and will not press and grind particulate materials. For materials with large contrast and different particle sizes, there will be no chip-particle separation phenomenon, and the tapered cylinder can meet the high requirements of no residue in the mixed materials.
