How it works:
The integrated particle dehydration and drying machine uses centrifugal force to quickly remove the moisture from the slurry flowing into the rotor part through the feed port. The water is discharged through the bottom drain pipe. The granular materials are quickly sent to the discharge port through the rotor by the spiral blades, and the hot air is assisted to pass through the dryer. The upper part of the machine creates a countercurrent flow with the granular materials. The strong pressure air flow can quickly remove water vapor. Since the granular materials rotate centrifugally at high speed, the materials will become drier and drier. The entire drying process only takes a few seconds, and the material is less than 0.05 The moisture is quickly discharged from the discharge port and fed into the packaging machine for automatic packaging.
