Based on the production process, walnut shell powder typically undergoes multiple screening stages following initial and secondary crushing. The selection of screening equipment depends on particle size, material condition, and capacity requirements:
Screening after primary crushing: For coarse classification and impurity removal, depending on on-site process and output needs, a linear vibrating screen or rotary vibrating screen is recommended.
Screening after ultra-fine grinding: Due to variations in walnut shell aging and poor material fluidity, a horizontal airflow screen is more suitable for fine powder separation.
