Customized Screening Solution for a Flour Processing Plant
This flour screening program is widely applicable to various food processing enterprises, specifically covering the following areas:
Baking Industry: Large-scale bakeries and premium pastry processing plants
Staple Food Manufacturers: Comprehensive producers of hot dry noodles, steamed buns, dumplings, etc.
Mixed Flour Producers
Other Food Processing Enterprises
To meet the needs of different production scales and throughput capacities, HEYING has carefully designed three targeted flour screening solutions as follows:
Option 1: Small to Medium Output Screening Solution
Throughput: 500 – 2000 kg/h
Mesh Specification: 20 mesh (aperture: 0.85 mm)
Configuration: Combination of LS-450/550 filter screen and S49-800 rotary vibrating screen
Workflow:
Bagged flour is manually unpacked and fed into the system. It is then screened sequentially by the rotary vibrating screen and filter screen. The screened flour is collected in a turnover barrel and conveyed to kneading and mixing machines.

Option 2: Medium Output Screening Solution
Throughput: 2000 – 3000 kg/h
Mesh Specification: 20 mesh (0.85 mm) or 30 mesh (0.6 mm)
Configuration: Equipped with GF-800 dust-free feeding station and SZS-800 direct-discharge vibrating screen
Workflow:
After manual feeding of unpacked flour, the material passes through the dust-free feeding station and direct-discharge vibrating screen. The screened flour is then transported via a vacuum conveyor to kneading and mixing machines, effectively reducing dust pollution.
Option 3: Large-Scale Output Screening Solution
Throughput: 2000 – 10,000 kg/h
Mesh Specification: 20 mesh (0.85 mm), 30 mesh (0.6 mm), or 40 mesh (0.425 mm)
Configuration: Equipped with an automated multi-point feeding system
Workflow:
Bulk-delivered flour is first stored in a 40-ton buffer silo, then screened through a positive-pressure air sieve and a dust-free feeding station. The process is equipped with dust removal systems. After screening, the flour is precisely measured via a weighing system and conveyed to kneading and mixing machines, enabling efficient and automated production.
