    working principle

    Hammer crushers mainly rely on impact energy to complete material crushing operations. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the material uniformly enters the crusher chamber. The high-speed rotating hammer head impacts, shears, and tears the material, causing it to be crushed. At the same time, the gravity of the material itself causes the material to rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head towards the baffle and sieve bar inside the frame. Materials larger than the sieve hole size remain on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer until they are crushed to the desired discharge particle size, and are discharged outside the machine through the sieve plate.
