The designed radial speed of ribbon ranges from 1.8-2.2m/s, therefore, this is a flexibility mixing which have a low material destructiveness.
Higher Loading Rate, Better Sealing:
The machine can be designed for the materials temp. Around 180º-300º and the largest loading is 70%. Different sealing method are in option. Mechanical sealing can be used for good mobility materials.

The mixer can be customized with spray, vacuum system, cover support, heating system, ex-proof, break ribbon and etc in SS304 or SS316. Lining of cylinder can be polyurethane or spraying wear-resistant material. In terms of valves, plum blossom valve, butterfly valve, flap valve, ball valve and etc. are in option.
