1. Working principle

The series of vibrating screens uses a single horizontal vibration motor as the excitation source. The vibration motor is placed on one side of the machine body. After the material enters the inside of the equipment, it will make an elliptical motion trajectory on the screen surface under the force of the vibration source, which can be completed quickly and reciprocally. While passing through the net, the vibration force can reciprocate and continuously peel, break up and reorganize the materials, so that the materials can quickly pass through the net. Materials that cannot pass through the net will be discharged from the discharge port on the screen according to the movement trajectory of the equipment. Complete Screening operation process.

2. Screening machine structure

See the picture - the machine screen, mesh frame and drop hopper are all made of austenitic stainless steel (304, 316), and other parts are made of austenitic stainless steel (304, 316) or ordinary carbon steel. The equipment is square, and the motor is installed on one side of the equipment and can be placed according to the space on site.

(1) Loosen the fastening screws of the protective cover and remove the protective covers at both ends;

(2) The outer eccentric block is an adjustable block and the inner eccentric block is a fixed block, both of which are pressed onto the motor shaft using fastening bolts. Loosen the locking bolts of the outer eccentric blocks on both sides, and the outer eccentric blocks on both sides rotate in the same direction. When the inner and outer eccentric blocks on the same side overlap, the greater the exciting force is, and vice versa (see the figure below); adjust to the desired position. When excitation force is required, tighten the locking bolts of the outer eccentric block and install the protective cover;
