HF link cable: A cable link is used between the ultrasonic transducer and the ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply.

- The working input voltage of the ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply is AC 220V.
- If the production requirements can be met, the vibration amplitude should not exceed 200μm.
- Do not turn on the power of the ultrasonic vibrating screen when there is no load on the grid, that is, when the grid is not stretched. Otherwise, it will easily cause overcurrent of the power supply and damage to the grid and transducer.
- The screen should be tightened, otherwise it will affect the ultrasonic input and vibration effects.
- The transducer aviation plug docking screws must be tightened and wrapped with insulating tape to prevent dust from entering. Please protect this link during use.
- Before starting the machine, check whether the nuts of the transducer and the connecting cable plug are locked, and whether the transducer and the grid are locked (locking granularity is 40~50kg). During use, pay attention to the protection of the HF connecting cable between the chassis and the transducer. Pay attention to the protection of the HF connecting cable and the transducer socket from moisture. Water is not allowed to enter the link plug and socket.
- If the material is conductive, please use an extended ultrasonic HF connecting cable to isolate the ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply from the screening site to prevent materials from entering the power box and causing a short circuit.
- Each ultrasonic system includes an ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply, an HF connecting cable, a transducer, and a grid. Do not use it interchangeably with ultrasonic systems from other manufacturers to avoid unnecessary losses.
