Working Principle
The ultrasonic vibrating sieve converts 220V, 50Hz or 110V, 60Hz electrical energy into 36kHz high-frequency electrical energy, which is then transmitted to an ultrasonic transducer. The transducer converts this into 36kHz mechanical vibration, generating high-frequency oscillations on the screen surface.
By superimposing ultrasonic vibrations onto the conventional low-frequency motion, the system effectively prevents mesh clogging, enhances throughput, and improves screening accuracy. This enables efficient screening and automatic cleaning of the screen surface, making it especially suitable for fine and ultrafine powders.
The system introduces a low-amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic wave (mechanical vibration) to the mesh surface, significantly improving the sieving performance for ultrafine particles. It is particularly suitable for industries requiring high-precision, value-added fine material separation.
